Calvados and tarte normande

Calvados - or apple brandy - I've wanted to try this for so long since reading about it in French class. The smell is amazing - and it's very strong and tastes like strong apples sort of - though very liquor like.

The tart normande was good - I think I made it before for school - its like a quiche. The ice cream was delicious too!

Well, I'll get back to you on the final bill.
